Working in colour

Everything colour lives in a little cluster of panels: pick a shade, save the ones you love, and let Celas suggest palettes that actually go together.

The Color panel

You get two slots — a fill (Color 1) and a stroke (Color 2) — with a swap button between them. Pick with the wheel (it comes in Square, Triangle and Classic styles), type a hex code, or push the RGB and HSV sliders. The eyedropper lifts any colour straight off your screen — press and drag to sample as you go.

Colours that go together

The Color Harmony panel spins a wheel that builds a set of colours around your base hue — Complementary, Analogous, Triadic, Tetradic, Square or Pentadic. Drag the handles to taste, and the result swatches drop straight onto your fill or stroke.

Swatches & palettes

Colours you'll reuse go into Swatches — organised into categories, and you can import or export them as JSON to share a set. The project Palette is the quick version: left-click a chip for fill, right-click for stroke. If a gradient stop is selected, a swatch drops into that stop instead.
