This Privacy Policy explains what information Celas Studio™ (“we”, “us”), operated by Murat AYAZ, collects when you use our app and website, how we use it, and the choices you have. We collect as little as we need to run and improve the product.

Information we collect

• License & account data. When you buy through a store (Steam, Microsoft Store or App Store), that store handles your purchase and account. We only receive what we need to validate your license.
• Diagnostics (optional). If you opt in, the app can send anonymous crash reports and performance data to help us fix problems. You can switch this off at any time.
• Website analytics. Our website may use privacy-respecting analytics to understand traffic in aggregate. It doesn't identify you personally.

How we use information

• To activate and validate your license.
• To diagnose crashes and improve stability and performance.
• To answer the support requests you send us.
• To understand, in aggregate, how the website and product get used.

Stores & third parties

Purchases, payments and refunds are handled entirely by the store you buy from. We never receive or store your payment-card details. Each store has its own privacy policy for the data it collects, and we'd encourage you to read it.

Data retention

We keep diagnostic and support data only as long as we need it for the purposes above, then delete or anonymize it. License-validation records stick around for as long as your license is active.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct or delete the personal data we hold about you, and to object to certain processing. To make a request, contact us at the address below and we'll respond within a reasonable time.

Children

Celas Studio™ isn't directed at children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect personal data from them.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we'll revise the “last updated” date above and, where it makes sense, let you know in the app or on the website.
