Terms of Use

These Terms of Use govern your use of Celas Studio, a desktop app operated by Murat AYAZ (“we”, “us”). By downloading, installing or using the app, you agree to these terms.

1. Your license

When you buy Celas Studio, you get a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use the app, for both personal and commercial work. You may not resell, rent, sublicense or redistribute the app itself, or try to get around its licensing.

2. Purchases & refunds

Celas Studio is sold through third-party stores (Steam, Microsoft Store and App Store). Your purchase, billing and any refund are handled by the store you buy from, under that store's terms and refund policy. We don't process payments directly.

3. Early access & updates

Celas Studio is offered during an early-access period. Features described as planned or “on the roadmap” may change, ship on a different timeline, or be revised. Your one-time purchase includes every update on the way to version 1.0 at no extra cost.

4. Acceptable use

• Don't use the app for unlawful purposes or to infringe anyone's rights.
• Don't reverse engineer, decompile or tamper with the app, except where the law expressly allows it.
• Don't use the app to create content that's illegal or that violates third-party intellectual property.

5. Your content

You own the artwork and animations you create with Celas Studio. We claim no rights over your work. It's on you to make sure you have the rights to any assets you import.

6. Intellectual property

The Celas Studio application, its name, logo and branding belong to Murat AYAZ and are protected by applicable law. Celas Studio™ and Fruzai™ are trademarks. These terms don't grant you any rights to our trademarks.

7. Disclaimer of warranties

The app is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, to the fullest extent the law permits. We don't warrant that the app will be uninterrupted or error-free.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent the law permits, we won't be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for any loss of data or profits, arising from your use of the app. Always keep backups of your work.

9. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continuing to use the app after changes take effect means you accept the revised terms.
