Membership Agreement

In force from 25 August 2026

This agreement is between you and the person who runs Celas Studio. It covers holding an account: what you may do with it, what happens to the work you publish, and how either of us can end it. It is written to be read, so it says what it means in plain words.

1. The parties

On one side, Murat AYAZ, a sole proprietor established in Türkiye, operating Celas Studio™ and the celas.studio site, reachable at support@celas.studio. On the other, you: the person opening the account. Murat AYAZ is a natural person, not a company.

2. What this agreement covers

A Celas account and everything it opens: the forum, the Celas Artwall community gallery, the newsletter, and the licence records that tie a purchased copy of Celas Studio to you. It does not cover buying the application itself, which is section 4.

3. Opening an account

You must be at least 16. Where the European Union member state you are in has set a lower age for information society services, that age applies, provided it is not below 13. Give real details, keep one account rather than several, and keep your password to yourself. What happens under your account is treated as yours until you tell us otherwise.

4. Membership is free

Holding an account costs nothing and always will. Celas Studio itself is sold through Steam, the Microsoft Store and the Mac App Store; that purchase is a contract between you and the store, under the store's own terms, and refunds run through the store. Nothing is sold on this site, so nothing here is a distance sales contract.

5. What you post stays yours

You keep every right in the work you upload and the words you write. Nothing here transfers ownership. What you give us is permission to run the service: to store your work, show it on Artwall, make previews and thumbnails of it, and pass it to the people who come to look at it.

6. Showing your work in promotion

Work you publish on Artwall may also be shown when Celas Studio and Artwall are promoted: on our social media accounts, in advertising, and in material about the product. Three things always hold. Your name or username is shown with it, every time. It is never presented as though you endorse the product or were paid for it. And the work is never altered beyond cropping or resizing to fit the frame it appears in.

7. Taking that permission back

Deleting a work from Artwall ends this permission for it, and we stop using it in anything new. Material already printed, or already published on a platform we do not control, cannot always be pulled back, and we say so rather than promise otherwise. If you would rather a particular work were never used in promotion while staying on Artwall, write to support@celas.studio and we will mark it.

8. What you may not do

Do not upload work that is not yours to share, impersonate anyone, spam, harass, or post unlawful content. The forum and Artwall are screened automatically against a banned-word list, but no account is restricted by software alone: a person reviews every held item, and you can appeal what they decide.

9. Suspension and termination

You can close your account at any time, from the account page, without giving a reason. We may suspend or close an account that breaks section 8, and we say why. If your account is closed, section 10 explains what goes and what stays.

10. What deleting an account actually does

Your profile, your e-mail address, your password, your Artwall works and their files, and your comments are deleted at the same moment. Your forum posts are not: their authorship is cleared and the text stays, so the other people in a conversation are not left talking to nobody. Your licence record goes with the account, and the desktop application falls back to an unlicensed state, so write to us first if you still want to use what you bought.

11. Your personal data

What is collected, why, on what legal ground, how long it is kept and how to exercise your rights are set out in the KVKK privacy notice, which governs. You can apply about your data at any time through the form at celas.studio/kvkk-request.

12. Changes to this agreement

If this agreement changes in a way that matters, account holders are told by e-mail before it takes effect, and the date at the top is updated. Carrying on using the account after that is acceptance. If a change widens something that rests on your consent, we ask for consent again rather than assuming it.

13. Governing law and disputes

Turkish law applies. If you are a consumer, you can take a dispute to the consumer arbitration committee or the consumer court where you live, and nothing here takes that right away.

14. Coming into force

This agreement takes effect when you tick the box at sign-up. The moment you accepted, together with your IP address and browser, is recorded as evidence that the agreement was made, and kept for as long as the account exists.
